🌟Beyond the Classroom: Leadership, Creativity & Community
My college experience has been shaped not just by academics, but by the roles I’ve taken on outside the classroom—each one a reflection of my commitment to leadership, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
 💼LEAD Engagement Captain
As an Engagement Captain for the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program, I was selected to support and energize the Sophomore Cohort. I organized social events, facilitated communication, and partnered with the Women’s Advancement Initiative to connect students with growth opportunities. This role sharpened my ability to foster community, lead with empathy, and create spaces where others feel seen and supported. It taught me that leadership isn’t just about being in charge—it’s about being in tune.
 🎶Worship Leader & Co-Social Media Coordinator – Delight Ministries
Serving on the Delight Leadership Team has been one of the most personal and powerful experiences of my college journey. As a Worship Leader, I’ve led musical worship through vocals, guitar, and keyboard—crafting atmospheres where students can encounter Jesus and connect deeply with one another. As Co-Social Media Coordinator, I’ve helped grow our digital presence, blending creativity with strategy to reach hearts both on and off campus. This dual role reflects my ability to lead both spiritually and strategically.
📱Social Media Marketing Intern – University of Hartford
In my internship with UHart’s marketing team, I’ve supported content creation across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn—reaching audiences of over 20,000+ followers. I’ve curated posts, analyzed performance metrics, and helped shape the university’s digital voice for current and prospective students. This role has strengthened my skills in branding, analytics, and audience engagement—proving that I don’t just understand trends, I know how to drive them.
🏛️Barney School of Business Student Ambassador – Social Media Manager
As a Student Ambassador, I’ve taken an active role in recruiting and welcoming new students to the Barney School of Business. I manage social media outreach, host events, and help build a culture of inclusion and excellence. This position has allowed me to practice leadership, communication, and strategic thinking in real time—skills I’ll carry into any professional environment.
 ✨Why It Matters
These experiences aren’t just bullet points—they’re proof of my ability to lead with purpose, communicate with clarity, and create impact across diverse communities. Whether I’m planning an event, leading worship, analyzing engagement metrics, or mentoring new students, I bring energy, insight, and intention to everything I do.
I don’t just participate—I elevate. And that’s what makes me great.
